the BIG day: Sunday, February 21st 

We all know people who either “don’t go” to church or “used to go” to church. But who’s inviting them? According to Lifeway Research, 82% of the unchurched are likely to attend church if invited…yet only 2% of church members invite. Many of the people in our lives (family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, etc.), current research shows, are willing to try church—or try church again, given the right opportunity.

the BIG Day is designed to be that opportunity—a Sunday service dedicated to the people who do not attend church in our community. This program specifically and intentionally reaches out to those who have left the church—and encourages them to return..

An event like this can provide a catalyst for those looking to attend or return to church. Some may want to re-connect with fellow believers, re-connect with God, or just return to what was once an important part of their lives. Whatever their reason, this campaign gives our church the chance to reach out and welcome them back.
