A Personal Note from Pastor Gregory Dickow

With all that’s going on in the world—and I know it’s a lot—I want to remind you and our entire global family that the church is God’s greatest hope for the world.

The church is His body—here to bring peace, salvation, and healing to a broken world. Stay connected. It’s so easy. Let’s continue to look for the good, expect the good, and be the good in our communities.

We are holding one in-person gathering every Sunday at 10:30AM (CT) at our Hoffman Estates & Chicago campuses! (details here) As our Global Church family continues to grow, our online service times will remain the same (9AM, 10:30AM, 12:30PM, 5PM CT). But however you connect—in-person or online, it’s vital to celebrate together.

The church has never been more needed; our connection has never been stronger. Let’s continue to be the church that heaven cheers and hell fears as we bring Jesus to our world.

We are holding one in-person gathering every Sunday at 10:30AM (CT) at our Hoffman Estates & Chicago campuses! As our Global Church family continues to grow, our online service times will continue indefinitely (9AM, 10:30AM, 12:30PM, 5PM CT). And, we will continue to follow faith, wisdom, and the peace of God.

There is no right or wrong answer to how churches should navigate through this season. But I have personally encouraged many pastors and leaders in our community and around the world that each church should follow faith, wisdom and the peace of God in protecting and pastoring their communities.

“Community” is the key word. The remedy for all that ails our society is “church community.” But as I’ve said many times: It’s not “how” we connect. It’s THAT we connect. Community is essential. And each of us should draw near to one another; connect online; and in person, as the Lord leads.

Beginning Sunday, May 2nd, we will begin holding one in-person service every week. It will be at 10:30AM (CT) at our Hoffman Estates Campus. As our Global Church family continues to grow, our online service times will remain the same (9AM, 10:30AM, 12:30PM, 5PM CT). For more details, click here.

Yes, we will host ONLINE for Christmas Eve on Thursday, December 24. We will also host an ONLINE Christmas Morning Miracle service for the entire family at home on Friday, December 25. Times to be announced.

Yes. We have considered and even planned several types of services, but with each plan, we have trusted God to order our steps. And we believe He has and will continue to lead our church family each step of the way in this season. And of course, we are staying flexible and open to what is next.

As I’ve often said: treat anxiety as a signal to pray. Instead of seeing anxiety as a threat to your peace, see it as a signal to your mind and body that you are anointed AT THAT MOMENT, to pray about the thing you feel anxious about, and the peace of God will surround your heart and mind. (Philippians 4:6-8)

Also, getting back to “normal” is not our goal. The Lord has shown me that we have an opportunity to reprioritize our lives and strip away the complicated and distracted life; and discover the beauty of sitting at Jesus’ feet; along with the beauty of staying connected.

Yes. Our food pantry is continually stocked. Click here for hours at each of our campuses.

Some of our church members and some of our staff have tested positive this past fall, and we have continued to follow prudent mitigation efforts to protect our families, teams, and members.

There is no shame in continuing to connect online only. That's OK! We want everyone to come on-site as the peace of God leads them. And we want our global community to continue to connect online.
