The Founding Class is a one-year leadership formation experience.
Both. LCLC is one college with two ways to participate: Global Online and Chicago Onsite.The college is being built for global participation from the beginning, while Chicago serves as our home base for onsite community and experiences.
LCLC is for men and women who want to grow in their relationship with God, understand who they are, develop their leadership capacity, and become better equipped to carry what God has entrusted to them.That can include pastors and future pastors, entrepreneurs, business leaders, worshippers, creators, educators, executives, missionaries, parents, ministry leaders, college-age students, professionals, and builders.
No. LCLC is being built around a Kingdom view of leadership without a sacred/secular divide.We want to develop pastors, entrepreneurs, business leaders, ministry leaders, creators, professionals, and others to carry the presence of God and lead effectively wherever God has called them.
The student journey will be built around four areas:
FORMATION | Build the Man or WomanKnowing God, identity, grace, Scripture, intimacy, the Holy Spirit, character, and spiritual formation.
CAPACITY | Equip Them to BuildLeadership, communication, relationships, vision, teams, culture, stewardship, problem-solving, business, technology, creativity, and organizational leadership.
ACTIVATION | Take Bold ActionPutting what you learn into practice through leadership, service, evangelism, discipleship, projects, ministry, and real opportunities to build.
MULTIPLICATION | Build Men and Women Who Build OthersLearning to disciple, mentor, develop leaders, strengthen churches, multiply, and carry what God has entrusted to you into your sphere of influence.
The experience includes a weekly LCLC Live gathering with teaching, leadership formation, worship, discussion, prayer, and activation, along with Leadership Communities, practical Leadership Labs, monthly Leadership Saturdays, and immersive experiences.

No. Teaching is part of it, but the goal goes beyond gaining information.Students will have opportunities to lead, serve, communicate, solve problems, work with teams, disciple others, create, take responsibility, and put what they’re learning into action.
Tuition is valued at $3,000. But you will receive a founding class discount of $600, making it $2,400, approximately $240 per month for ten months, with a paid-in-full option.
Upon successful completion, you will receive an LCLC Certificate in Kingdom Leadership.
