NONDISCRIMINATION POLICY
Life Changers International Church (Life Changers) is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any program, activity or service that Life Changers provides. Life Changers will not tolerate intimidation, threats, coercion, or discrimination against any individual or group because of that person’s race, color, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability, age, results of genetic testing, or service in the military, or any other characteristic protected by law as it applies to churches. These prohibitions are pursuant to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975.
Furthermore, the Life Changers programs and activities do not discriminate against beneficiaries on the basis of religion, a religious belief, a refusal to hold a religious belief, or refusal to attend or participate in a religious practice which are pursuant to the nondiscrimination requirements of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security region 6 C.F.R Part 19.
It is also Life Changer’s policy to comply with applicable laws providing for nondiscrimination against individuals with disabilities. This includes compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
As a religious organization, Life Changers does discriminate in employment on the basis of religion. Life Changers is allowed by law to consider the religious beliefs held by applicants and employees.
Equal employment opportunity applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leave of absence, compensation, and training.
Life Changers will take reasonable measures provide access to access to activities and programs to individuals with limited ability to speak, write, or understand English and/or those with disabilities.
Anyone having a grievance, question, or concern about any type of discrimination at Life Changers is encouraged to bring the matter to the attention of the Nondiscrimination Program Coordinator. Anyone may raise concerns and make reports without fear of reprisal.
Within 2 years of the alleged discrimination, complainants may submit a written complaint to the Nondiscrimination Program Coordinator. Complaints must include the complainant’s name, the nature of the complaint, the dates of the complaint, requested action, and contact information. Complaint forms are available on the website or from the Nondiscrimination Program Coordinator. DISABILITY ACCESS POLICY & REASONABLE ACCOMODATION PROCEDURE
Life Changers International Church is committed to providing individuals with disabilities an equal opportunity to participate in and benefit from Life Changers programs, activities, and services. Individuals may request reasonable modifications from Life Changers that they believe will enable them to have such equal opportunity to participate in our programs, activities, and services.
A reasonable modification is a change or modification to afford a qualified individual with a disability full enjoyment of Life Changers’ programs or activities, unless modifications of policies, practices, and procedures would fundamentally alter the nature of the program, service, or activity, or result in undue financial and administrative burdens to Life Changers.

LANGUAGE ACCESS POLICY
Life Changers International Church is committed to provide meaningful access to programs and services to individuals with limited English proficiency. A person who is limited English proficient (LEP) is someone who does not speak English as their primary language and has a limited ability to read, speak, write, or understand English.
Life Changers International Church prohibits discrimination on the basis of national origin (including limited English proficiency) in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
Life Changers is committed to providing language assistance as needs are identified and resources are available.
Requests for language assistance may be made at the Translation Booth on Sunday morning.
